Each Pokemon League is different, and they are all called by their Pokemon Lague name (e.g., Akala Island’s Pokemon League is called Pokemon League). There are other Pokemon leagues in each of the other four major islands around the Alola region. Melemele Island is a small island near the Alola region’s main islands.
